The Neurodiversity Education Series welcomes Jacqueline Rodriguez, PhD, CEO of the National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD).

NEURODIVERSITY EDUCATION SERIES

The Neurodiversity Education Series features renowned educators, mental health professionals, and advocates specializing in neurodiversity. The series equips families with practical tools to support neurodivergent learners, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, and related learning differences.

EVENT DESCRIPTION

With the ever-evolving landscape of special education law and the funding that supports students with disabilities, it can be challenging for families to stay informed.

In this timely conversation, Dr. Jackie Rodriguez, CEO of the National Center for Learning Disabilities, will outline recent legal changes and what they mean for students and schools.

Families will leave with a clearer understanding of their rights and practical guidance to support their neurodivergent learners.

Parents/caregivers, educators, and community members welcome! Simultaneous Spanish interpretation will be available. Free admission.

NOTE: Zoom link included in Eventbrite Order Confirmation under "Additional Information." Link also emailed to registrants on the day of the event.

The Neurodiversity Education Series is presented by Silicon Valley nonprofits including The Parent Venture, Children's Health Council, REEL2e, and The RILEY Project, with major funding from the Sequoia Healthcare District.
