About

Hello there! I'm Erin Tee, and my journey is rooted in a deep passion for advocating for neurodivergent individuals (like me!) and fostering inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming environments.

For over 20 years, I have been a video producer specializing in creating impactful educational content. My perspective shifted dramatically when my twice-exceptional (2e) child introduced me to the complexities, strengths, and challenges of neurodivergent minds. This personal experience led me to recognize the urgent need for systemic change in education, workplaces, and clinical settings—one that embraces strengths over deficits and prioritizes inclusivity.

My turning point came when I discovered the Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education. Earning my M.Ed. in Cognitive Diversity and a Certificate in Twice-Exceptional Education, I committed to going beyond media production—I wanted to actively reshape the way we support neurodivergent individuals and the professionals who work with them.

Today, I integrate my background in media with my expertise in neurodiversity to provide education, advocacy, and creative solutions. I offer:

  • Workshops & Training on inclusive practices, neurodivergent-friendly learning environments, and strength-based approaches.

  • Consulting for Educators, Businesses & Clinicians to help them develop neurodiversity-affirming strategies and policies.

  • Speaking Engagements at conferences and organizations to promote awareness and actionable change.

  • Educational Content & Media Production that centres neurodivergent voices and ensures accessibility in learning.

I have presented internationally on inclusive design, student-led talent development, and neurodiversity-affirming parenting. My work supports families, educators, and businesses in understanding and implementing strategies that empower neurodivergent individuals.

At my core, I believe in creating spaces where neurodivergent people can thrive—whether in schools, workplaces, or at home. If you're looking for support, training, or resources to build a more inclusive world, let's connect!
