Executive functioning is one of the biggest challenges facing twice-exceptional (2e) learners—and one of the most common concerns we hear from parents. Why can a child who is incredibly bright struggle to start homework, manage their time, remember routines, or stay organized? Why do they seem capable one day and completely overwhelmed the next?
Join us for an engaging panel discussion with three executive function coaches who specialize in supporting 2e learners. Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, our panelists will explore why executive functioning challenges often look different in gifted and neurodivergent children, and how parents can provide the right level of support without fostering overdependence.
The conversation will cover topics such as homework, routines, emotional regulation, resistance, self-advocacy, inconsistent performance, and building metacognitive skills—while leaving plenty of room for audience questions.

Mason Tudor is an executive function coach, mentor, and experienced educator who specializes in supporting neurodivergent and twice-exceptional (2e) students.
Precious ("Presh") Listana, M.Ed., is the founder of EF Coach & Tutors and an executive function coach who specializes in helping neurodivergent and twice-exceptional (2e) students build the skills needed for greater independence and confidence.
Maxwell J. Greenberg is a historian of American education and an academic and executive functioning coach specializing in twice-exceptional learners.
