REEL's bi-monthly Zoom support group with breakout rooms by age and interest. Guest speaker Ravit Ortiz, mom of a 2e high schooler who works at Google on mindfulness and well-being initiatives, will kick us off with tips for anxiety and the holidays. Change in schedules and routines, seeing family members who don’t always understand your family’s journey, traveling, and much more!
